Eyebrow Transplant

Eyebrow transplant is a procedure performed to enhance aesthetic appearance or restore lost hair. Similar to hair transplant techniques, this procedure involves carefully transferring hair follicles from a donor area to the target eyebrow region.

Eyebrow transplantation helps eliminate thinning or loss in the brow area, providing a natural look. The transplanted hair follicles are typically extracted from the nape area and meticulously implanted using the micro FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique.

How Is It Performed?

Eyebrow transplantation is carried out under local anesthesia and involves implanting single follicular units (usually with 0.6mm punches). This ensures a natural and well-defined eyebrow shape.

Process and Results

•The transplanted hairs are expected to shed within the first two weeks, which is a natural part of the growth cycle.

•New eyebrow hairs begin to grow within approximately three months.

•The final appearance is achieved within 8 to 12 months.

•In some cases, an additional density-enhancing procedure may be required after six months.

Who Is a Suitable Candidate?

✔ Eyebrow transplantation can be performed for both aesthetic and functional reasons, including:

✔ Individuals with naturally sparse eyebrows.

✔ Those who have lost their eyebrows due to aging, genetics, or accidents.

✔ People who desire fuller and more defined eyebrows.

Key Considerations

•Eyebrow transplantation is typically completed in a single session.

•If the desired density is not achieved, a second session can be performed after one year.

•To ensure natural and long-lasting results, the procedure must be carried out by an experienced medical team.
